What are we looking for?

• Experience in business analysis, portfolio management, IT governance or IT transformation projects.
• Practical experience with LeanIX and Power BI, including data modelling.
• Experience in strategy consulting, management consulting or a similar internal advisory role is a plus.
• Understanding of IT financials, business cases and the relationship between initiatives, applications and resources.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex information and communicate findings clearly.
• Experience working with different stakeholders and managing work packages independently.
• A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Very good English skills (mandatory).
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve analysis, reporting and day-to-day activities.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting portfolio planning, prioritisation and governance processes.
• Knowledge of application portfolio management and enterprise architecture.
• Experience with cost allocation, resource planning and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with roadmap development, business cases and management presentations.
• Experience automating reports and improving data quality.

What will you do?

• Support portfolio planning, prioritisation and regular reviews, considering strategic alignment, expected benefits, risks and team capacity.
• Analyse business requirements and contribute to business cases, roadmaps and management presentations.
• Maintain application information, ownership and dependencies in LeanIX, ensuring alignment with initiatives and business needs.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and data models covering costs, actuals versus forecasts, resource allocation and delivery progress.
• Collaborate with data owners to improve data quality, automate reporting and clarify cost allocation.
• Support the analysis of portfolio performance and provide insights to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Participate in stakeholder workshops and support the implementation of governance processes.
• Document decisions, track agreed actions and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to use AI tools to enhance analytical activities, reporting processes and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to improve transparency, alignment and portfolio management practices.
