外資系企業にて、Bilingual IT Help Desk Agentを募集しています。

今回新設されるポジションで、日本初の専任IT Help Desk担当としてJapan OfficeのITサポートを担っていただきます。

Global IT Teamに所属し、UK-based IT Managerへ直接レポート。US・EuropeのIT Help Deskメンバーとも連携するグローバルなポジションです。

💰 JPY 7–9M

🏠 Hybrid – 2 days office / 3 days WFH

Key responsibilities:

• Provide L1/L2 IT support to employees in Japan and overseas
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and account-related issues
• Provide both in-person and remote IT support
• Support onboarding, device setup and account configuration
• Manage support tickets and technical documentation
• Collaborate with IT colleagues across the UK, US and Europe

What we’re looking for:

• Native-level Japanese
• Business-level English
• 5+ years of IT Help Desk / IT Support experience
• In-house IT support experience within a multinational company
• Strong L2 troubleshooting capability
• Experience with ticketing and remote support tools
• Stable career history
