📍 Location: London or Banbury - Hybrid (2 days per week in office)

We're partnered with a growing software business looking for an Information Technology Manager to take ownership of its internal IT environment across the group.

It's a hands-on role overseeing day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure and employee support. You'll manage an existing IT Support Specialist while remaining involved in technical troubleshooting and improving the wider IT environment.

What they're looking for:

• Experience managing an internal IT function or senior IT support team
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking and Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace
• Comfortable providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support when needed
• Experience with onboarding, offboarding, user accounts and access controls
• Supplier management, IT procurement and budget experience
• Understanding of IT security, backups and disaster recovery
