(Senior) Recruiter – IT Infrastructure

At Randstad Digital, we connect tech professionals with projects that match their expertise and ambition. To strengthen our recruitment team in Leuven, we are looking for an experienced (Senior) Recruiter with a strong affinity for IT infrastructure.

In this role, you take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment cycle for both internal employees and freelancers. Instead of waiting for applications to come in, you proactively engage with niche IT talent and build long-term relationships within the tech community.

What you will do

• Source & Connect: Build and maintain an active network of IT infrastructure specialists, including IT Support, Project Managers, Architects, Cloud/System Engineers, and Network & Security experts.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full process, from active sourcing and initial screening to coordinating technical assessments and negotiating salaries or rates.
• Employer Branding & Events: Represent Randstad Digital at job fairs, networking events, and referral campaigns to attract candidates in creative ways.
• Process Improvement: Participate in internal projects aimed at refining our recruitment tools and candidate experience.

What you bring

• At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably with a focus on IT infrastructure.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a bonus.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Availability to work from our Leuven office (around 3 days a week), combined with our hybrid work setup.
