Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Lead the deployment and management of sustainable blockchain infrastructures across Substrate, Ethereum, Cosmos, and Solana ecosystems. Deploy Web2 applications focusing on energy efficiency using technologies like NodeJS, React, and NextJS. Administer scripts effectively in bash, ansible, and TypeScript to enhance operational efficiency and resilience. Utilize version control systems such as git and compile projects using Rust, GoLang, and C++, ensuring robust and secure software delivery. Manage virtual machine environments, preferably with Proxmox, to align with our sustainability commitments. Implement and manage advanced monitoring tools for maintaining high availability and compliance with Tier 5 uptime and SOC 2 standards. Provide expert-level support for critical infrastructure issues, ensuring smooth operations across our decentralized global network. Collaborate across functions, linking software development and hardware infrastructure to support seamless integration and sustainability of our Web3 solutions. Key Requirements: Experience: At least 5 years in system administration with a significant focus on Web2, and a minimum of 2 years in the Web3 sector, particularly in roles emphasizing environmental sustainability. Deep expertise in deploying blockchain technologies and managing VM environments like Proxmox, with a focus on energy efficiency. Profound knowledge of Linux system administration and sustainable practices. Advanced skills in monitoring systems and strategies, particularly those minimizing environmental impact.
