The opportunity:

Our client is looking for an Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex IT initiatives across Belgium. You will manage datacentre, workplace, network and system migration projects, coordinating technical teams, management and external partners. Working mainly remotely, you will help deliver infrastructure transformations successfully from planning through implementation and handover to operations.

What you'll do:

• Lead complex IT projects covering datacentre infrastructure, workplace, networks and system migrations.
• Plan, execute, monitor and report project progress to the Programme Manager or Service Manager.
• Coordinate physical datacentre installations, network and system implementations, and application migrations.
• Organise project meetings and facilitate alignment between stakeholders.
• Coordinate project teams, supporting collaboration, motivation and coaching.

What you bring:

• At least five years’ experience in project management within a complex organisational environment.
• A master’s degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
• Technical experience with datacentre infrastructure, network or systems administration, virtualisation, migrations and endpoint management.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch and English, French is a plus

The assignment terms:

• Independent contractor collaboration through Ariad, working with our client.
• Full-time assignment.
• Start date: as soon as possible.
• Duration: indefinite, with a one-month notice period.
• Hybrid working model, predominantly remote.
• You may work from our client’s office of choice, depending on your location, with attendance at client sites across Belgium.
