Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in large-scale information systems, international organizations, and complex digital transformation initiatives?

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead critical IT projects supporting a important European institution. This role offers the opportunity to work in an international environment, manage high-impact digital services, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Europe.

📍 Location: Remote (Europe-based) with occasional missions to Brussels, Belgium.

🌍 Environment: European Institutions and international stakeholders.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and Test Engineers.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of digital solutions, from strategy and design through implementation, operations, and retirement.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation plans.
• Prepare and facilitate Steering Committee meetings, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and governance.
• Drive delivery excellence while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and standards.
• Act as backup Database Administrator when required and coordinate the work of database engineering teams.
• Promote Agile and DevSecOps practices to ensure efficient, secure, and high-quality service delivery.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

✅ Must-Have Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of overall IT experience (Master's Degree / EQF Level 7) or 17 years (Bachelor's Degree / EQF Level 6).
• Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience.
• Minimum 10 years leading IT teams, including management of teams of at least 5 professionals.
• Minimum 10 years managing systems based on UN/CEFACT / FLUX standards.
• Minimum 14 years working within international organizations.
• Minimum 14 years managing systems based on Oracle Database and WebLogic technologies.
• Minimum 25 years of Oracle database administration, maintenance, and SQL/PL-SQL development experience.
• Minimum 8 years applying the PM² methodology.
  
  

Technical Expertise

• Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• DevSecOps practices.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• CI/CD pipelines.
• Reverse proxy mapping.
• AWS and AWS WorkSpaces.
• Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
  
  

✔ English: Minimum B2 level (C1 preferred).

✔ French: Good working knowledge is highly valued.
