Infrastructure Support Engineer – Microsoft 365 & Cloud (MSP) Silver Spring, MD $70,000-$90,000 About We’re hiring an Infrastructure Support Engineer with strong Microsoft 365 experience and a background in Managed Services. This is a client-facing Tier 2+ support role where you’ll handle advanced technical escalations, contribute to infrastructure stability, and become a trusted advisor to end users across mid-market businesses and nonprofits.
