Innovation Lab Analyst Singapore About the role: BSI is expanding investment in Innovation, both in terms of enabling and futureproofing existing key BSI business solutions, as well as radical innovation and new solutions that extend trust, resilience, and sustainability. As the Innovation Lab Analyst for our Innovation Lab that we are planting in Singapore, you will be a key contributor in synthesizing complex solutions into easily understood concepts for multiple constituencies. Responsibilities: To conduct research on emerging technologies, and competitor offerings and assist with work with Innovation projects To ensure efforts are in alignment with the Innovation Team to support customer-focused objectives, a collaborative partner delivering innovative ideas, solutions and services to met BSI Innovation Lab objectives To help design and create innovative technical solutions To work on several projects and initiatives with customers at varying levels within the organization To utilise your technical competency to perform external market and technical research, design, program, perform software testing and to participate in proof of concept (POC) and prototyping activity To be successful in the role, you will have: To be educated in Bachelor’s degree To possess a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the Supply - Chain, Operations or Production function, preferably in the manufacturing, healthcare or building industry To be familiar with project management skills (PMP or Agile) and human-centric design (HCD) To have a good working knowledge of computer software/apps development – including SFDC To have a strong understanding of the principles and processes in providing internal/external stakeholders, customers, and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction To have a good understanding on the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making To monitor/assess performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective actions To have strong interpersonal communication skills; be aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do To possess a strong written & verbal English language; a second language would be a plus This role is open for Singaporeans and Singapore PR holders Do you believe the world deserves excellence?
