🎯 WHAT YOU'LL NEED

✔️ At least 2 years of professional consulting experience.

✔️ Experience in strategy consulting and innovation strategy.

✔️ Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills.

✔️ Ability to translate business ideas into actionable plans.

✔️ Confidence engaging with clients and senior stakeholders.

✔️ Native-level Japanese and fluent English.

⭐ Experience in AI, digital transformation, technology strategy, advanced analytics or business innovation is a strong advantage.
