Inside Sales F/M

To strengthen our teams, we are looking for an Inside Sales (F/M) for our business activity, to work at our headquarters in Fontenay-aux-Roses (92).

Reporting directly to the Operational Manager, you will play a central role at the heart of our commercial operations.

Acting as the key operational partner for our Key Account Managers, you will manage, track, and optimize customer relationships from initial RFQs (Requests for Quotations) through to final delivery.

You will serve as the operational backbone for a strategic customer portfolio within a fast-paced, high-standard international environment.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

1. Commercial and operational Support

• Quotations & Offers: Analyze the RFQ and prepare independently accurate offers in close alignment with your KAM, tight follow-up on offers' feedback.

• Order Processing & Tracking: Enter, process, and track customer orders in our SAP system.

• Supply Chain Execution: Oversee daily order fulfillment processes to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

• Multicultural Coordinator: Act as a seamless liaison between all internal and external stakeholders (customers, Sales, factories/suppliers, freight forwarders and internal support teams).

• Business Development: Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships within your assigned account portfolio to support revenue growth.

• Occasional Travel: Join your KAM on occasional customer visits.

2. Performance & Goals

• Achieve defined KPIs and actively contribute to the Business Unit’s commercial performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in sales/business, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in electronics sector (PCB, PCB Assembly or electronic components distribution).

• Language Skills: Native French speaker with fluent written and spoken English level (essential for daily communication with our overseas factories and international partners).

• Tools: Practical working experience with SAP is a major advantage.
