Role Description This full-time Inside Sales Professional role is a remote position. The role involves responding to inbound inquiries, following up on leads, and guiding prospective customers through product options that meet their needs and budgets. Day-to-day tasks include preparing quotes, updating CRM records, coordinating with installation and operations teams, and ensuring clear communication throughout the sales process. The Inside Sales Professional will nurture relationships with new and existing accounts, contribute to sales targets, and support overall customer satisfaction. This role requires consistent, professional phone, email, and online communication with residential and commercial customers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Inside Sales experience, with the ability to manage a high volume of inquiries and close opportunities.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on clear communication and follow-through.
• Account Management skills to maintain ongoing relationships, handle repeat business, and manage customer expectations.
• Comfort using CRM systems, email, and phone-based sales tools; basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a Remote Setting
• Prior experience in home improvement, construction, or fencing-related industries is beneficial but not required.
