WE ARE HIRING: Inside Sales Representative Working Hours: 5.00 PM - 1.00 AM  Working Method: Remote Employment Type: Full - Time About the Role We are hiring Inside Sales Representatives to join our global sales team. This is a full-time, remote position where you will connect with customers via email, generate new business leads through internet research, and support the sales process. We welcome new college graduates with a technical background. Prior sales experience is not required what matters most is strong communication skills, internet research ability, and a results-driven attitude. Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers professionally via email. Research online to find new business leads and opportunities. Send follow-up communications and maintain customer records. Collaborate with internal teams to hand over qualified leads. Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets. ️ Skills and Requirements Strong English proficiency (written and spoken). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with internet research and basic AI prompt usage is a plus. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to work remotely, independently, and meet deadlines. Bachelors degree in a technical, business, or related field preferred (fresh graduates encouraged). Willingness to work from 5:00 PM 1:00 AM Sri Lanka time . Salary & Benefits Base Salary: Competitive for entry-level sales roles.
