Installation Review Specialist

Job Description This is a remote position. Key Responsibilities: ●Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates on project status. ●Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget. ●Collaborate with installation departments to move projects efficiently through each stage. ●Communicate effectively with external partners, including subcontractors, utility companies, and city inspectors. ●Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues that could impact timelines or quality. ●Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and reporting in company CRM and project management software. ●Conduct project closeout processes, ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are finalized. ●Continuously seek process improvements to enhance project workflows and customer satisfaction. Requirements -Electrical Engineering Graduate -Must have PV Design experience
