Instructor

Role Description The Instructor at CPA Cube Professional Academy will deliver high-quality accounting and finance instruction to learners preparing for professional certifications and career advancement. This part-time hybrid role is based in Qesm El Doki, with a combination of on-site teaching and some work-from-home responsibilities for lesson preparation, grading, and virtual support. Day-to-day tasks include planning and structuring course content, delivering interactive lectures and workshops, preparing learning materials and assessments, and providing constructive feedback to learners. The Instructor will also support learners through office hours (in person and online), monitor progress, and collaborate with the academic team to maintain curriculum standards and continuously improve teaching methods.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in accounting, finance, or related professional certification areas (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA).
• Demonstrated teaching, training, or tutoring experience, preferably with adult or professional learners.
• Ability to design clear learning objectives, organize course materials, and develop assessments that measure learner progress.
• Proficiency with online teaching tools, presentation software, and learning management systems for hybrid instruction.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a structured, accessible way.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; professional certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle part-time teaching schedules and preparation work.
