Role Description This is a full-time Insurance Agent role based in Markaz Sohag with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. The Insurance Agent will identify potential clients, explain MetLife Egypt’s insurance products, and recommend suitable life, accident, health, retirement, and wealth management solutions. Daily responsibilities include consulting with customers to assess their needs, preparing and presenting insurance proposals, handling policy applications, and ensuring proper documentation. The role involves maintaining ongoing relationships with policyholders, responding to inquiries, and supporting claims-related processes when needed. The Insurance Agent will also collaborate with internal teams, participate in sales meetings and training sessions, and work toward individual and team sales targets in a compliant and ethical manner. Qualifications
Strong insurance sales abilities, with skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage to effectively promote and distribute insurance products.
Solid understanding of Insurance concepts and products, including life, health, accident, retirement, and wealth management solutions.
Foundational Finance knowledge to explain policy costs, benefits, and long-term financial implications to customers.
Excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and customer-focused problem solving.
Relevant experience in insurance, financial services, or sales is preferred.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets.
Proficiency in basic computer tools and CRM or sales management systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is an advantage.
