Insurance Agent — $75K–$300K+, Talk Only to People Who Asked

Picture every call starting with someone who wants to hear from you.

That's how this role works. Everyone you talk to requested information about life insurance through a form, a call, or a quote request. You're not convincing anyone to care. You're helping people who already do.

What You'll Do

Understand each family's situation and help them pick coverage from 60+ carriers, by phone and Zoom.

Training

Built for beginners, with a mentor on your first live calls.

Pay

• 1099, 100% commission, no cap
• Average of $800–$1,200 per policy
• Full-time agents: $75,000 to $300,000+ in year one
• Paid daily/weekly, plus performance bonuses

Requirements

• Must live in the U.S. (Decatur, AL area a plus, but this role is fully remote)
• U.S. citizen or legal resident
• Able to pass a background check
• Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to get one (we walk you through it)
• Available full time, about 40 hours a week
