Role Description The Insurance Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Lagos, with flexibility for some work from home.
The specialist will identify and develop new insurance business opportunities, manage client relationships, and promote the company’s insurance products across multiple channels.
Daily tasks include prospecting and onboarding clients, presenting tailored insurance solutions, preparing quotations, and following up to close sales.
The role involves collaborating with internal teams and brokers, supporting marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales systems.
The specialist will also respond to customer inquiries, provide post-sale support, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with the ability to explain products clearly and close business.
• Experience in Insurance Brokerage and Health Insurance, including working with multiple product lines and channels.
• Good knowledge of the Nigerian insurance market, regulations, and industry practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
