Insurance Transformation Consultant (2-8 Years' Experience) - London hybrid

Vantage Point is partnering with a leading consultancy to support major insurance transformation programmes. This role is designed for professionals in the earlier stages of their career, typically with 2-8 years of experience, who want to build expertise in consulting, business transformation, and technology change.

We welcome applications from individuals already working in consulting, as well as insurance professionals looking to make their first move into consulting. You'll gain hands-on experience supporting complex transformation initiatives while building core consulting, stakeholder management, and change-delivery skills.

What you’ll be doing
• Supporting large-scale system transformation and replatforming projects
• Gathering, analysing, and documenting business and system requirements
• Liaising with stakeholders across technology, operations, and business teams
• Participating in workshops and working groups to define and deliver process improvements
• Supporting system testing, data migration, and implementation activities
• Contributing to client presentations and project documentation

What we’re looking for
Typically 2-8 years of professional experience within an insurer, broker, MGA, Lloyd's market organisation, or consulting firm:

• Experience supporting business change, transformation, technology delivery, process improvement, or operational initiatives

• Background as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Change Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar role

• Individuals looking to continue building their consulting capability rather than those seeking senior leadership or programme management positions

• Strong communication skills and confidence working with business and technology stakeholders

• Interest in insurance technology, digital transformation, and operating model change

• Exposure to Guidewire, Salesforce, ICE, EIS, or similar platforms would be beneficial

• Knowledge of insurance products, operations, or distribution is advantageous
