Intake Coordinator

I’m helping Real Hires find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Intake Coordinator.

You will accelerate family support and care access by streamlining essential intake processes.

Location:

Remote (for Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Uruguay, Panama, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Bolivia, Paraguay, El Salvador, Honduras, and Nicaragua residents)

What makes you a strong candidate:

• You are proficient in Patient administration, Insurance administration.
• English - Fully fluent.

Responsibilities and more:

Parents don’t wait. When a family reaches out for ABA therapy, the next conversation decides whether their child gets help. You own that conversation from home, with a U.S. hospital-partnered organization that needs this done right.

What Success Looks Like

- Families hang up clear and supported instead of confused.

- Intake is finished accurately and handed off the same day.

- Insurance is verified and next steps are explained without the runaround.

- Clinical teams get clean cases they can actually schedule.

- Kids move from inquiry to scheduled assessment faster.

You’ll Need

- 1+ year healthcare intake, scheduling, or patient coordination.

- Strong spoken English and a calm, clear phone presence.

- Comfortable working fully remote on U.S. business hours.

- Interest in mastering intake systems and supporting families.

You will build real intake and ABA operations skills inside a stable, growing organization.
