Intake & Referrals Specialist

Position: Intake & Referrals Specialist Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST) Employment Type: Full-Time, Remote Work We are seeking a highly motivated ABA Intake & Referrals Specialist who is both sales-oriented and detail-oriented . This role is responsible for managing and converting incoming leads generated through advertisements, website inquiries, and referrals while ensuring accurate client information is collected and documented. Key Responsibilities: Follow up promptly with a high volume of incoming leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and website inquiries. Build rapport with prospective clients and guide them through the intake process. Collect and document client information clearly and accurately. Maintain consistent communication through calls, texts, and emails. Track lead activity and update records within CentralReach and CRM systems. Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients. Previous intake, admissions, referrals, or sales experience preferred. Strong sales and relationship-building skills with the ability to confidently engage prospective clients. Excellent communication skills with a cheerful, professional, and empathetic approach. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills. Experience using CentralReach preferred. Basic CRM knowledge. Comfortable communicating via phone, text, and email.
