Position Overview

As an Intake Specialist at The Arc of Colorado, you will play a crucial role in the initial engagement with our clients. You will be responsible for gathering and processing information to ensure that our clients receive the appropriate services and support. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial client assessments and gather necessary information.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in spreadsheets and databases.

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Provide clients with information about available services and resources.

• Assist in the development and implementation of intake procedures.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Qualifications

0-5 years of experience in a similar role or related field. A background in social services, customer service, or administration is preferred but not required.
