Yopeso has been developing a diverse range of software products, from large-scale applications to smaller solutions, for 20 years. With a growing team of over 300 employees across five locations, we are dedicated to fostering a culture of growth, transparency, and professionalism. At Yopeso, we value authenticity, curiosity, and ambition. These values drive us to build strong connections within our community and with our partners, ensuring trust, integrity, and transparency in all our business practices. We strive to maintain the highest professional standards and continuously challenge ourselves to develop high-quality, high-performance, and secure software solutions. Our approach is rooted in efficient collaboration among passionate professionals working in agile teams. Guided by curiosity and ambition, we strive to create products that are meaningful and impactful, while remaining true to our authentic selves. We are looking for an Integration Specialist to lead the successful integration of companies acquired into our organization, and to build a repeatable integration capability we can apply to future mergers and acquisitions. This role sits at the intersection of people, process, and culture - you'll work across teams and geographies to make sure an acquisition delivers on its intended value, not just on paper, but in how people actually work together day to day. You will be the connective tissue between the acquiring organization and newly integrated teams: aligning ways of working, resolving friction before it becomes disruption, and building the playbook that makes the next integration faster and smoother than this one. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end integration planning and execution for the acquisition, from Day 1 readiness through full operational and cultural integration. Act as the primary point of contact between leadership, functional teams, and the acquired organization throughout the integration period. Identify and resolve cross-cultural, communication, and process gaps between merging teams, drawing on experience working with cultures and teams around the world. Design and track an integration roadmap with clear milestones, owners, and success metrics across HR, operations, systems, and culture workstreams. Partner with People/HR, Finance, IT, and business unit leaders to align policies, tools, reporting lines, and ways of working. Surface risks and blockers early, and propose pragmatic solutions rather than escalating without options. Build and maintain integration documentation, playbooks, and lessons-learned repositories to support future M&A activity. Support due diligence and pre-close planning on future acquisitions, bringing an integration lens to deal evaluation. Facilitate workshops and check-ins to keep both sides of the integration aligned, transparent, and accountable to agreed actions. Report integration progress and risks to leadership on a regular cadence. What We're Looking For Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership. Demonstrated experience working with people and teams from different cultures and countries, with genuine cross-cultural fluency, not just exposure. Track record delivering international, cross-border, or multi-site projects. Prior experience in M&A integration, post-merger integration (PMI), or a related change-management/transformation role. Strong stakeholder management skills - able to build trust quickly with people who did not choose to be part of a merger. Structured, organized approach: comfortable building roadmaps, tracking actions, and driving accountability without formal authority over every team involved. Comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities, typical of active deal environments. Willingness and ability to travel as needed to support integration activities across locations. Nice to Have Additional languages beyond English. Experience in the technology, software, or services sector. Background in consulting, corporate development, or a dedicated M&A/integration function. Familiarity with change-management frameworks and integration playbook design.
