Integrations Engineer - EnsoFinance

EnsoFinance is at the forefront of decentralized finance (DeFi), building innovative products that connect users to the best DeFi opportunities across both EVM and non-EVM chains. We are looking for a skilled Integrations Engineer to help us drive seamless integration of Enso with various DeFi applications, ensuring interoperability and scalability across different blockchain ecosystems.

As an Integrations Engineer, you will be responsible for building and optimizing interactions between Enso’s platform and other DeFi protocols. This role involves working closely with blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and frontend development to ensure smooth, secure, and scalable integrations with both EVM and non-EVM-based DeFi applications. Your contributions will play a critical role in enhancing our platform’s functionality and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate blockchain functionality into the Enso frontend app, including submitting transactions, updating user balances, and handling smart contract interactions using Ethers.js (web3).

• Develop and maintain integrations with various DeFi protocols, ensuring smooth interoperability between Enso and third-party DeFi applications.

• Implement and manage DeFi primitives such as liquidity pools, yield farming, and staking mechanisms.

• Design and implement solutions with a focus on performance, security, and reliability.

• Monitor DeFi market trends and competitor activities to inform product development and integration strategies.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that integrations align with Enso’s product vision and technical roadmap.

• Strong understanding of how to interact with Solidity contracts, including calling functions, retrieving properties, and tracking the status of submitted transactions using Ethers.js or other web3 tools.

• Advanced knowledge of React and state management tools such as React Redux (and Redux Toolkit) or equivalent frameworks for managing complex application states.

• Experience working with both EVM and non-EVM chains and a solid understanding of blockchain interoperability.

• Familiarity with DeFi protocols, including liquidity pools, yield farming, and staking.

• Proven ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable integration solutions.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and analytical approach to technical challenges.

• A passion for DeFi and blockchain technologies, staying up-to-date with the latest market trends and protocols.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with non-EVM chains.

• Contributions to open-source DeFi projects.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for blockchain development.
