THE ASSIGNMENT

Help our buyers turn an apartment into a home. As Interior Design Expert, you guide customers from purchase to handover, translate their ideas into feasible interior choices and coordinate every detail with our internal teams, contractor and suppliers.

You combine interior expertise, customer guidance and project coordination. You are the buyer’s trusted point of contact and ensure that choices, plans, budgets and deadlines remain aligned throughout the customer journey.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

INSPIRE & ADVISE

• Guide buyers in choosing floors, doors, kitchens, bathrooms and other finishes.

• Translate wishes into practical, stylish and technically feasible solutions.

• Adapt sales and technical plans in consultation with the buyer.


COORDINATE

• Act as the link between the customer, internal project team, contractor and suppliers.

• Follow up customer choices, change requests and provisional handover.

• Keep all stakeholders informed and focused on agreed deadlines.


GUARD QUALITY

• Review quotations and interior plans for quality, completeness and correctness.

• Monitor budgets, planning and the accurate processing of customer decisions.

• Record choices, modifications and approvals in the CRM and report to the Customer Services Manager.


PROFILE

• Degree in interior design and strong spatial insight.

• Perfect command of Dutch and French; English is an asset.

• Accurate, structured and comfortable managing several projects and deadlines.

• Fluent with AutoCAD, Microsoft office; Ziggu experience is an asset.

• Confident in reading and adapting sales and technical plans.

• Customer-focused communicator with commercial flair.

• Autonomous, proactive, solution-oriented and a genuine team player.
