Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an Intern for Business Development at Panda Corporation Ltd. The intern will support the business development team in identifying potential clients and partners, assisting with lead generation activities, and contributing to market research on target industries and regions. Daily tasks will include gathering and analyzing data on competitors and trends, preparing presentations and reports, and helping maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. The intern will also assist in drafting communications for prospective clients, coordinating follow-ups, and providing basic customer service support to ensure timely and clear responses. Collaboration with a multicultural, geographically distributed team will be essential, requiring proactive communication, organized work habits, and a strong interest in international trade.
Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret market data and identify business opportunities.
• Effective Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal interaction in professional contexts.
• Lead Generation experience or aptitude, with interest in prospecting and supporting new business outreach.
• Market Research skills to collect, compare, and summarize information on industries, regions, and competitors.
• Customer Service orientation, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and relationship building.
• Interest in international trade, global markets, and cross-cultural business environments.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and coordinate across time zones.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, online collaboration platforms); CRM familiarity is a plus.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Business, Economics, International Relations, or a related field is preferred.
• Professional fluency in English; additional languages, especially Spanish, Portuguese, or Chinese, are an advantage.
