This is a hands-on opportunity to work behind the scenes of a growing restaurant brand, helping bring creator partnerships and social content to life. You’ll work directly with the Saucy! marketing team and our agency partners to keep calendars organized, connect the dots across initiatives, and make sure content and campaigns stay on track.
This role is ideal for a college student who loves social media, is highly organized, and wants real-world experience working with creators, agencies, and a national brand.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY MISSION:
Influencer Marketing Coordination

• Maintain the influencer calendar and track upcoming creator activity.
• Help ensure store level teams have the correct dates, timing, and information needed to prepare for the visit.
• Track content from initial scheduling through posting and flag outstanding items or potential delays.
• Keep the internal marketing team updated on what creator content is coming and when.
• Help organize creator content and maintain records of completed posts and campaign activity.
Organic Social Coordination
• Work with our social agency to maintain and coordinate the organic social content calendar.
• Track upcoming posts and other planned content.
• Review calendars for accuracy and flag scheduling conflicts, gaps, or missing information.
Marketing Calendar & Project Coordination
• Maintain a clear view of upcoming social and influencer activity and key deadlines.
• Connect the dots between agency partners so influencer and organic social activity work together.
• Follow up on open items and help keep projects moving forward.
• Assist with status updates, trackers, and other coordination needs.
• Support the marketing team with special projects and brand initiatives as needed.
YOUR TEAM COUNTERPARTS:
• Saucy! Marketing Team
• Influencer/Creator Agency
• Organic Social/Creative Agency
• Restaurant Operations and Field Marketing teams, as needed
YOUR PROFILE:
• Currently enrolled in college, preferably pursuing Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Passionate about social media, creators, pop culture, food, and/or emerging trends.
• Exceptionally organized and enjoys keeping schedules, details, and deadlines straight.
• Strong follow-through—you like making sure things actually get done.
• Comfortable communicating with multiple people and following up when something is needed.
• Detail-oriented and able to catch inconsistencies or missing information.
• Familiar with Instagram and TikTok and interested in how brands and creators use social media.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office; experience with project-management or social scheduling tools is a plus.
• Positive, curious, collaborative, and excited to learn.
• Able to commit approximately 10–20 hours per week, with flexibility around class schedules.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:
• Get real-world experience working on influencer and social marketing for Saucy! by KFC.
• See how creator campaigns and brand social content go from an idea to something consumers actually see in-market.
• Work directly with marketing leaders and agency partners.
• Build experience coordinating creators, social calendars, agencies, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Gain exposure to how a growing restaurant brand launches new products, promotions, and campaigns.
• Flexible 10–20 hour-per-week schedule designed to work around school.
Hourly Pay Range: $18.00–$35.00 per hour. This is the expected hourly pay range for this position. The actual hourly rate will be determined based on the successful candidate’s academic level and applicable intern classification.
