About the job:

As a Supply Chain Intern, you’ll gain broad, hands-on experience across supply planning, distribution and Customer Care for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. You’ll contribute to operational activities and strategic projects while developing an end-to-end understanding of how supply chain operations support our customers and consumers.

· Build practical experience across supply planning, distribution and Customer Care while contributing to projects including a warehouse transition and customer e-invoicin

Main responsibilities:

· Support the transition to a new third-party logistics warehouse, helping with operational follow-up, issue resolution and reporting.

· Support customer e-invoicing activities, including customer onboarding and ongoing administration.

· Coordinate weekly supply planning follow-up, tracking actions and issues and working with relevant stakeholders.

· Support regular operational reporting, including stock movements, alerts and complaints.

· Prepare monthly provision files and support purchasing and goods receipt activities.

· Complete monthly system checks and help reconcile stock held by logistics partners.

· Provide backup support for Customer Care during holidays, absences and busy periods, while supporting periodic product data and registration activities.

About you:

· You’re proactive, curious and motivated to learn. A specific supply chain or engineering background is not required.

· You’re interested in developing a broad understanding of supply chain, including planning, distribution and Customer Care.

· You communicate clearly and are comfortable working with different stakeholders to follow up actions and resolve issues.

· You’re organised and comfortable keeping track of recurring activities, priorities and deadlines.

· You’re open to learning new processes and systems and enjoy turning new knowledge into practical action.
