Job Description Develop and execute risk-based internal audit plans aligned with business priorities and regulatory requirements Conduct end-to-end audit engagements across various functions, including planning, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting. Perform testing and evaluation of internal controls, risk management, operational processes across business units, and compliance with relevant policies and regulations Identify key risks, control gaps, and process inefficiencies and provide practical recommendations and action plans for improvement. Prepare comprehensive audit reports summarizing findings, risk implications, and management responses. Present audit results to management and/or regulator (as relevant) Work collaboratively with relevant teams to monitor and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations and ensure timely follow-up of the agreed corrective actions. Support management in enhancing compliance culture and mitigating potential regulatory breaches. Stay up to date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Participate in the enhancement of audit methodologies, tools, and data analytics usage. Support cross-audit initiatives and special projects that require interdepartmental coordination Contribute to knowledge sharing with other departments (as needed) Minimum 3 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or compliance, preferably in a financial institution Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Experienced in internal audit, risk management, or compliance with strong knowledge of internal audit methodologies, risk-based auditing, and control frameworks Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to use data analytics tools (e.g., excel) for testing and validation. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience in stakeholder management.
