Show job description
Revizto enables the people behind the world’s most important structures to do their best work. We connect architects, engineers, contractors, and owners in one shared 2D/3D environment to help deliver complex projects on time and on budget. From airports and hospitals to data centers and large-scale infrastructure, Revizto supports industry leaders in reducing risk, improving collaboration, and delivering better project outcomes.

Built on a gaming engine, Revizto is designed to handle the scale and complexity of modern construction projects while remaining fast, reliable, and accessible across devices and environments — whether teams are in the office or on site.
Revizto is building out its Corporate Affairs & Strategic Operations function, and internal communications is a core, newly-owned piece of it. Revizto has grown fast, and our team is fully remote and spread across time zones. That growth puts real pressure on internal communications: employees don’t always know what’s happening, why it matters, or where to find the answer later. We’re committed to fixing that.

As our Internal Communications Manager, you’ll own the cadence and quality of how Revizto communicates internally. That includes the redesigned monthly town hall, the quarterly leadership presentations, the company wiki, and the flow of policy and business updates between leadership, the People team, and staff. You’ll report into the VP Corporate Affairs & Strategic Operations.

The role also supports the coordination and delivery of Revizto’s newly formed AI Committee, which is focused on identifying where AI can standardize key internal processes across the organization.
The processes, channels, and documentation practices you set up in the first year will largely define how internal communications and strategic operations work at Revizto going forward. The right person for the job is curious, resourceful, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves. Above all, they’re a strong writer who can explain things clearly.

Are you up for it?

Town halls and leadership communication
  • Plan, run, and continuously improve company-wide town halls, from agenda and speaker coordination through to follow-up materials.
  • Prepare quarterly leadership presentations, working with the VP and other leaders on content, talking points, and delivery.
  • Work with the CEO and other leaders to prepare talking points, slides, and Q&A for town halls and other all-hands moments.
  • Capture and distribute clear recaps and action items so employees who miss a session, or want to revisit it, aren't left out of the loop.

Company wiki
  • Lead the development and management of the company wiki as the single source of truth for how Revizto works. This includes structure, page templates, content standards, and launching V1 in Q1.
  • Work closely with the People team and function leads to organize and migrate existing documentation.
  • Keep content accurate and current, with a named owner for each section and a regular review cycle.
  • Build a regular cadence of employee updates triggered by wiki changes, such as new or revised policies, org changes, process updates, and product news.

Internal comms strategy and delivery
  • Develop and maintain an internal communications strategy and channel plan appropriate for a distributed, scaling organization.
  • Work with the People team to establish feedback loops (pulse surveys, town hall Q&A, etc) to measure whether communications are landing, and adjust accordingly.
  • Partner with People/HR to translate company policies, org changes, and business updates into clear, timely communications for all staff.
  • Act as a thought partner to the VP Corporate Affairs & Strategic Operations on broader change communication tied to organizational restructuring.

Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in internal communications, ideally at a tech scale-up
  • Proven experience running recurring company-wide communications programs such as town halls, newsletters, or all-hands updates.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate policy or leadership messaging into clear, human language.
  • Comfortable partnering with senior leadership, with strong stakeholder management and diplomatic judgment.
  • Highly organized, with the discipline to build and maintain documentation and processes that outlast any single announcement.
  • Experience with internal comms or intranet tools (e.g., Slack, Confluence, Notion, or similar) and AI tools (e.g., Claude, Slackbot, Gemini)
  • Comfortable operating with a fair amount of ambiguity in a lean, fast-moving team, and building process where none currently exists.
  • Discretion is essential: you’ll often have access to sensitive or not-yet-announced information before anyone else
  • Recognised as one of Switzerland’s Best Managed Companies by Deloitte for three consecutive years from 2024 through
  • Company-wide trips, including Armenia in 2023 and Switzerland in 2025, with more to come
  • A flexible, employee-focused culture
  • An innovative and collaborative team environment
  • Great working conditions designed to support your best work
