  • Lead and support cross-functional, regional, and global initiatives related to internal controls, governance, compliance, and process transformation.
  • Develop and deliver training on internal controls, risk management, compliance, and governance topics.
  • Provide clear and effective communication to leadership and key stakeholders regarding risks, control deficiencies, remediation progress, and relevant initiatives.
  • Build strong partnerships with local, regional, and global stakeholders and influence decisions that strengthen the control and compliance environment.
  • Promote a culture of ownership, proactive risk management, continuous improvement, and compliance across the organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Auditing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in Internal Controls, Internal Audit, External Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, or related areas.
  • Solid knowledge of SOX, FCPA, COSO, risk management, and internal control principles.
  • Experience with control design, risk assessment, audit support, control testing, and remediation activities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and effectively across different audiences and levels of the organization.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across functions, markets, and levels of leadership.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and take ownership of issues through resolution.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders effectively in a dynamic and changing environment.
