We are looking for an experienced Program & Project Management Manager to lead complex, end-to-end projects and strategic initiatives. This role will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery while managing client relationships, teams, financial performance, risks, and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects from planning and solution design through implementation and delivery.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, KPIs, SLAs, and overall performance.
- Build strong relationships with senior clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and expectations.
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams, including large teams across multiple locations.
- Manage project financials, including forecasting, cost control, and budget optimization.
- Identify and resolve risks, issues, and roadblocks to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Partner with Sales, Solutions, and Account teams to identify new business and growth opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and high-quality delivery.
Job Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Project Management Life Science industry.
- Experience managing large teams, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, financial management, risk management, and operational delivery.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders and client relationships.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams, locations, and priorities.
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma, ITIL, COBIT 5, or similar certifications are a plus.
- Master’s degree in Project Management or a related field is a plus.
