Internal Quality Assurer (IQA)- REMOTE -LIMITED CONTRACT

CONFIDENTIAL is a professional training provider with a presence across the GCC. We’re looking for an experienced Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) to support our Train the Trainer (ToT) certification programme on a part-time REMOTE basis.

The role

You will make sure our ToT assessments are fair, consistent, valid and compliant with the required standards. You’ll work closely with our assessors to keep assessment quality high for every learner.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate assessors’ performance through observation, feedback and sampling of assessment decisions
• Verify that ToT assessments are fair, consistent, valid, reliable and compliant with awarding and regulatory standards
• Sample learner portfolios and assessment records according to an agreed IQA sampling plan
• Give clear, constructive feedback to assessors and support their development
• Contribute to standardisation activities so judgements stay consistent across assessors
• Keep accurate IQA records ready for external quality assurance

What you’ll bring

• At least a Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training (or a recognised equivalent or higher qualification)
• Substantial teaching or training experience
• Demonstrable knowledge of internal quality assurance processes and practice
• The Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice is a plus, but relevant IQA experience will also be considered

• Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training (CET)
• Level 4 Certificate in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector (CTLLS)
• Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training (DET)
• Level 5 Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector (DTLLS)
• Certificate in Education (CertEd), higher education qualification
• Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), Level 6 or 7
• Professional Graduate Certificate in Education (ProfGCE), Level 6
• Bachelor of Education (BEd)
• Master of Education (MEd)
