We are seeking an International Assignment Associate to join our Graebel team in a fast-paced environment in Dundalk. The International Assignment Associate assists with the administrative components of international relocations. This is a full-time hybrid role, requiring attendance in the office two days per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support to International Assignment Consultants on the delivery of services; processes allowances, payments and expenses; sends and monitors service orders, closes files in system upon completion of services and assists with reporting.
  • Verifies services provided to transferee and expenses submitted are in compliance with the Client's policy. Escalates any exceptions to the attention of the Consultant.
  • Maintain data quality by keeping files and system updated with accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Performs other related essential duties as assigned or requested.

Required Skills

  • Experience in the mobility industry strongly preferred
  • Degree in Business or related field
  • Cultural Awareness
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer Facing/Relationship Building experience
  • Enthusiastic, flexible, creative and assertive
  • Good research, organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong team player that thrives in a team environment, adaptable and pro-active with a ‘can do' attitude
  • Strong Influencing and negotiation skills
  • Candidates need to be eligible to legally work in Ireland.
