Your responsibilites as an International Markets Manager As our International Markets Manager , you will take ownership of a portfolio of international markets and drive their long-term commercial success. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, you will develop growth strategies, build strong retail and distributor partnerships, and lead the commercial agenda in your markets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges, developing market strategies, and seeing their ideas come to life through execution. Own a portfolio of international markets and drive sustainable commercial growth. Develop market strategies and identify opportunities for expansion across existing and new markets. Build, manage and develop strong relationships with distributors, retail partners and sales agencies. Own the commercial agenda in your markets, including: Distribution Assortment Pricing Placement Trade terms Promotional planning Route-to-market optimization Develop business cases, commercial recommendations and go-to-market strategies based on market analysis and performance data. Lead or support commercial negotiations with distributors and retail partners. Monitor KPIs, forecasting, profitability and market performance to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance to ensure successful market execution. Continuously improve structures and processes to support yfood's international growth. We're looking for someone who enjoys thinking strategically but also wants to take ownership and make things happen. You are analytical, commercially minded and thrive in dynamic environments where you can build businesses, develop markets and create measurable impact. Whether your background is in strategy consulting, international business development or FMCG sales, you'll find the opportunity to own markets and shape yfood's international growth. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Your skills as an International Markets Manager 3+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting, FMCG, retail, international business development or commercial management. Experience working in international markets and managing multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills combined with a structured, data-driven working style. Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of how businesses grow. Experience developing business cases, market strategies or commercial growth plans. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of ownership and a hands-on attitude. Experience with distributors, retail partners or go-to-market strategies is a strong plus. FMCG and retail experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Excellent academic degree (Master's or equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Management or a related field. Excellent communication skills (C1) in English.
