- Pitch & Negotiate: Present AdKaora's unique monetization solutions, highlighting our premium brand campaigns, high CPMs, and seamless tech integration. Lead commercial negotiations and close partnership agreements.
- Relationship Management: Build long-lasting, customized relationships with publishers. Act as their dedicated daily partner, sharing their goals and helping them optimize their revenues.
- Onboarding & Collaboration: Work closely with our internal tech and account teams to ensure quick, effortless integrations and successful partner launches.
- Pipeline Tracking: Manage the sales funnel efficiently in the CRM, consistently meeting your international acquisition, margin, and revenue KPIs.
Who You Are:
- Experience: You have around 2 years of hands-on experience in publisher acquisition, digital business development, sales, or affiliate marketing, with a specific focus on markets outside of Italy.
- Programmatic Knowledge: You have a foundational understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape, including how SSPs/DSPs, Prebid, and Google Ad Manager 360 (GAM360) work.
- Proactive Deal-Maker: You are highly skilled in lead generation, cold outreach, and negotiation, with a proven ability to independently close deals.
- Excellent Communicator: Fluency in English is mandatory for international outreach; the knowledge of other foreign languages is highly valued.
- Pipeline Management: You are comfortable handling CRM tools and navigating performance targets.
Nice to Have:
- An existing, active network of international publisher or media partner contacts.
- Fluency in French and/or German.
