How You Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need to be curious, adaptable, and passionate about digital innovation. You'll work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to support the delivery of digital solutions that improve customer engagement and drive business growth.

Your ability to analyse data, understand customer needs, collaborate across teams, and approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset will be crucial in supporting the successful delivery of digital initiatives and platform enhancements.


What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Digital Product Support: collaborate with Product Owners to support the development and enhancement of digital capabilities, products, and customer experiences
  • Initiative Management: support the day-to-day management of in-flight projects and initiatives, ensuring strong coordination across stakeholders and timely execution
  • Data & Analytics: leverage data insights, customer behaviour trends, and market intelligence to support acquisition, engagement, and cross-sell initiatives
  • Customer Journey & Experience Design: contribute to initiatives that improve customer journeys, user experiences, and digital interactions across the OCBC platform
  • Market Research: conduct research on industry trends, emerging technologies, customer needs, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation
  • Agile Delivery: gain exposure to agile frameworks and participate in product planning, prioritisation, testing, and delivery activities
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with business, technology, design, and operational teams to deliver impactful digital solutions and platform enhancements
  • Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on digital business initiatives, product launches, and transformation projects as assigned

Who You Work With

Global Consumer Financial Services is dedicated to helping customers achieve their financial aspirations through innovative and personalised banking solutions. Within GCFS Digital Business & Transformation, the Digital Business team drives the development of digital platforms, customer experiences, and digital capabilities that enable customers to bank anytime, anywhere.

You'll work alongside product managers, business stakeholders, technology teams, designers, and analysts, gaining valuable exposure to how digital products are conceptualised, developed, launched, and continuously enhanced in a leading financial institution.

  • Exposure to digital platform management and the end-to-end digital business lifecycle within a leading banking environment
  • An understanding of agile frameworks and how digital products and features are developed, prioritised, and delivered
  • Hands-on experience supporting the development and enhancement of digital banking capabilities
  • Opportunities to apply data analytics and market research techniques to support customer acquisition, engagement, and cross-sell initiatives
  • Exposure to customer journey mapping, UX design principles, and digital experience optimisation
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across business, technology, and design functions
