What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Marketing Campaign Management: assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across Credit Cards, Deposits, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Content Development: support the development and coordination of advertising materials, marketing collateral, and website content to ensure consistent and compelling customer communications
  • Stakeholder & Partner Management: collaborate with internal teams, agency partners, and external stakeholders to execute strategic marketing initiatives
  • Customer Engagement Initiatives: support campaigns designed to drive customer acquisition, product usage, retention, and loyalty
  • Campaign Coordination: monitor project timelines, coordinate deliverables, and ensure campaign activities are executed smoothly and efficiently
  • Marketing Analysis: assist in tracking campaign performance and gathering insights to support future campaign planning and optimisation
  • Strategic Marketing Support: contribute ideas and recommendations that enhance campaign effectiveness and customer engagement
  • Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on other marketing programmes, events, and business initiatives as assigned

Global Consumer Financial Services helps individuals and businesses achieve their financial aspirations through innovative banking, lending, and wealth solutions. Within Marketing, the Lifestyle Marketing team develops and delivers customer-centric campaigns that strengthen customer engagement and drive growth across key banking products and services.

You'll work alongside experienced marketers, business partners, agency teams, and product specialists, gaining valuable exposure to how marketing strategies are developed and executed to create meaningful customer experiences and deliver business outcomes.
