Help keep stock records, product details, and customer orders accurate from listing through fulfilment. This opportunity can focus on inventory administration, product information, or order management, depending on your experience.

Operations Focus

For inventory support, update stock records, reconcile counts, flag discrepancies, and coordinate stock checks with warehouse or operations teams.

For product information, maintain accurate descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images across relevant catalogues or sales channels.

For order management, review incoming orders, track processing and fulfilment stages, coordinate exceptions, and keep status information current.

Across the role, handle details carefully and follow up promptly when information or stock does not match. You can focus on one area; experience across all three is not required.

Your Background

Experience in inventory administration, e-commerce, product data, or order processing is useful. Accuracy, organisation, and confidence with spreadsheets or inventory systems are valued. Some warehouse or fulfilment coordination may require in-person attendance in the UAE.

Flexible part-time hours can be arranged around order volumes and stock routines, with hybrid work for administrative and product-data tasks where practical.
