Objectives of this role / About the job Achieve and exceed revenue targets and assets under advisement (AUA). Grow recurring income through fee-based advisory relationships. Continuously improve expertise through professional development and certifications. Leverage financial tools and technology to improve efficiency and client experience. Responsibilities: Actively study the mutual fund universe available to the client to identify and recommend optimal solutions that support client goals and portfolio outcomes. Deliver suitable investment solutions aligned with client risk profiles, time horizons, and regulatory guidelines. Monitor portfolio performance and recommend rebalancing to manage volatility and protect capital. Translate complex investment concepts into clear, practical guidance for clients. Skills and experiences: Outstanding personal and professional relationship within the affluent segment Excellent client- and service -orientation as well as outstanding communication skills Strong financial product knowledge and technical competence in the understanding, development, and delivery of holistic wealth planning solutions Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills Problem-solving attitude Proven track record in client acquisition and management of wealth for clients is essential Drive and motivation to work in a target oriented and high-performance culture Committed and dedicated to maintaining the highest standards with respect to our risk and control culture and to meet company's policies and obligations Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field License: IC Complex 2 License is required At least 7 years of experience in wealth management is a must Proficiency in English is preferable
