Invoicing Administrator- 12 Month Contract Role

Position Overview

This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of dormakaba’s invoicing processes, with responsibility for invoicing administration, data validation, and case queue management.

This is a full-time, 12-month contract position, Monday to Friday, working onsite with the flexibility to work from home after successfully completing the six-month probation period.

What you will do

  • Validate system data, pricing, customer details, and work order accuracy.
  • Identify and resolve paperwork discrepancies with agents and internal teams.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, portal updates, and Purchase Order processing.
  • Manage case queues, customer invoice enquiries, and dispute resolution.
  • Triage and escalate issues to the appropriate teams or management.
  • Maintain ServiceMax records and generate required status reports.

What we require

  • Proven experience within an invoicing or highly administrative role
  • Confident communicator with the desire to actively seek solutions to problems
  • Worked within an environment that requires high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Experience working with a CRM tool and customer portals will be highly advantageous

  • Invoicing experience in the service business or related industry
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Exposure to ServiceMax is desirable.
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Professional phone manner and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude.
