IT Analyst (UAE National)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Troubleshoot and resolve application and system-related issues.
• Provide functional and technical support to users.
• Support system enhancements, changes, testing, and implementation.
• Work with business and technology teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Support automation, digital transformation, and emerging technology initiatives.
• Monitor applications and help ensure issues are resolved within agreed SLAs.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and issue records.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver technology solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Good understanding of technology, applications, and software development concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant internship or professional experience are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of banking or financial services is an advantage but not essential.

Skills:

• SQL and database fundamentals.
• Python or other programming/scripting languages.
