YOUR ROLE We are looking for recent graduates from technical or IT-related schools to join our team as IT Junior Specialists within an IT Operations team focused on managing enterprise infrastructures, cloud environments, mission-critical systems, and modern platforms based on containers and automation.You will join a structured training and development path designed to help you build hands-on expertise in Oracle technologies, cloud infrastructure, databases, networking, monitoring, containers, Kubernetes, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code ( IaC ) . RESPONSIBILITIES Support the monitoring of IT infrastructure, cloud environments, database systems, and containerized platforms. Perform daily operational checks according to established procedures and checklists. Assist with ticket management, incident reporting, and operational requests. Collect technical evidence, logs, and diagnostic information for troubleshooting activities. Support backup operations, job verification, and post-maintenance checks. Maintain and update technical documentation, operational procedures, and reports. Work alongside senior engineers on incident management, change management, and scheduled maintenance activities. Gradually participate in projects involving Oracle technologies, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Exadata, networking, monitoring, containers, Kubernetes, and automation. Support DevOps activities, scripting, and infrastructure configuration using Infrastructure as Code ( IaC ) tools such as Ansible and Terraform . REQUIREMENTS Technical diploma, preferably in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics , or a related field. Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. Basic understanding of networking concepts, including IP, DNS, ports, routing, and firewalls . Basic knowledge of databases and IT infrastructure concepts. Strong interest in cloud technologies, databases, cybersecurity, containers, Kubernetes, automation, and infrastructure management. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Ability to work effectively in a team and follow operational procedures. Preferred Qualifications Basic Linux command-line knowledge. Basic SQL knowledge. Interest in Oracle Database, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), or cloud technologies. Basic understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes. Familiarity with DevOps concepts, CI/CD, Git, or version control tools. Interest in Infrastructure as Code technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools. Academic projects, internships, or personal experience related to systems administration, networking, software development, cloud technologies, or automation. Basic knowledge of monitoring and ticketing tools. CAREER DEVELOPMENT You will be mentored by senior specialists and will progressively develop expertise in: Enterprise systems monitoring and administration. Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Oracle Database, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and NoSQL databases. Networking and infrastructure security. Containers, Docker, and Kubernetes. DevOps, CI/CD, and version control tools. Operational automation and Infrastructure as Code ( IaC ). Backup, disaster recovery, and operational procedures. Incident, problem, and change management. SENIORITY Junior / Entry Level Previous work experience is not required . We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are eager to learn and build a career in IT Operations . WORKING MODEL Join a collaborative IT Operations team. Initial training and on-the-job mentoring. Hybrid working model, depending on project requirements. Availability to participate, over time, in planned operational activities and support shifts when required. WHAT WE OFFER We offer a gross annual salary (RAL) between €26,000 and €30,000 , commensurate with the candidate's skills and professional experience.
