🎯 Mission & Core Purpose

As an IT Manager (System Administration and Infrastructure), you will lead the team and strategy behind the infrastructure that powers more than 30,000 e-commerce businesses. You will ensure our systems are reliable, secure, and compliant with PCI DSS and ISO 27001, and shape how our infrastructure grows to meet future business needs.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the IT team, including system administrators, network administrators, DevOps engineers, and security specialists.
• Provide training and mentorship to evaluate and improve team performance.
• Identify team needs and manage recruitment processes.
• Develop short- and long-term strategic plans for IT infrastructure growth.
• Research new technologies and tools and integrate them into existing systems.
• Ensure the seamless operation of all systems, including physical, virtual, and Kubernetes-based environments.
• Monitor system performance and lead improvement initiatives.
• Oversee backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Ensure and audit compliance with PCI DSS (Service Provider Level 1) and ISO 27001 requirements.
• Develop and implement policies to reduce cybersecurity risks.
• Optimize processes to deliver uninterrupted service in line with SLAs.
• Plan the IT budget and manage costs effectively.
• Prepare regular reports on all systems and present them to senior management.
  
  
  

💡 Experience & Skills

• At least 10 years of experience in IT and system infrastructure management, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Advanced knowledge of vSphere/ESXi, Windows Server (2022), Linux (Debian/Ubuntu), and Kubernetes.
• Experience with DevOps processes (CI/CD), container technologies, and network security.
• Comprehensive knowledge of backup and disaster recovery (e.g., Veeam) and monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix).
• Experience with PCI DSS and ISO 27001 compliance processes.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Strategic thinking to optimize technical and business processes.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Participation in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
  
  
  

🌐 Location

This role is hybrid. You will be expected to work from our office in Kozyatağı Ataşehir - Allianz Tower three days per week and remotely two days per week.
