As a Senior System Engineer, you will design, manage, and optimize the infrastructure that keeps more than 30,000 e-commerce businesses running. You will ensure the performance, security, and continuity of our critical systems, and help modernize our IT infrastructure through automation and DevOps practices.
💼 Key Responsibilities
This role is hybrid. You will be expected to work from our office in Kozyatağı Ataşehir - Allianz Tower three days per week and remotely two days per week.

🎯 Mission & Core Purpose
As a Senior System Engineer, you will design, manage, and optimize the infrastructure that keeps more than 30,000 e-commerce businesses running. You will ensure the performance, security, and continuity of our critical systems, and help modernize our IT infrastructure through automation and DevOps practices.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Design, manage, and optimize system infrastructure across servers, storage, networks, and security components.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of on-premises environments, and develop backup and upgrade strategies.
- Resolve issues in production environments and provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
- Configure and manage essential system services such as DNS, DHCP, file servers, and certificate management.
- Use tools such as SCCM, SCOM, ManageEngine, and Zabbix for system monitoring and upgrades.
- Deploy and manage endpoint security solutions such as antivirus and anti-spam tools.
- Develop automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to simplify system management and reduce manual work.
- Work with teams to design and implement modern IT solutions aligned with industry best practices.
- Contribute to DevOps practices, including containerized environments and Linux systems.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations, procedures, and automation workflows in line with company policies and industry standards.
- At least 6 years of professional experience in system administration.
- Advanced knowledge of Linux systems, preferably Debian or Ubuntu.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and container technologies.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring platforms such as Zabbix.
- Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or similar.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to resolve complex issues in critical production environments.
- Good level of English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Windows Server (2019/2022).
- Experience modernizing IT systems and implementing scalable solutions.
- Basic knowledge of disaster recovery processes and capacity planning.
- Curious, open to learning, and enthusiastic about growth.
