• Analisi e statistiche: monitoraggio dell'andamento dello studio per ottimizzare le performance

Siamo alla ricerca di un Team Leader Onboarding che si occupi di coordinare un gruppo di specialisti su tre aree integrate: installers, coordinators, data migration specialists. Guida il team di onboarding garantendo un'esperienza cliente coerente e di alta qualità, allineando strategie e priorità agli obiettivi di business. Collabora con Prodotto, Engineering, Vendite e Customer Success per mappare il customer journey e portare la voce del team nelle decisioni di roadmap. Supervisiona la delivery dei progetti, definisce KPI (time-to-value, completion rate) e rimuove i blocchi operativi. Promuove standard di documentazione, qualità dei contenuti formativi e conformità normativa nel settore dentale. Offre feedback costruttivo e coaching continuo, favorendo una cultura di ascolto reciproco e miglioramento continuo. Guida il team con calma e chiarezza anche in condizioni di ambiguità, prendendo decisioni informate e assumendone la responsabilità. Ottime capacità organizzative, comunicative e di gestione delle priorità.

Il ruolo prevede una componente operativa diretta sulle escalation e sui clienti a maggiore valore.

Preferiamo candidati disponibili a lavorare in modalità ibrida (sede + smart working), ma valutiamo positivamente anche profili full remote. La figura collaborerà a stretto contatto con l’Operations Manager per attività di formazione, confronto continuo e raccolta di feedback sul mercato.

Il lavoro prevede l'aggiornamento quotidiano degli strumenti aziendali e l'utilizzo di numerosi strumenti digitali.

Retribuzione: €35.000,00 - €45.000,00 all'anno
