IT Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our client’s team.
This person will lead the delivery of a key transformation project for top-tier corporate clients, ensuring effective planning, scheduling, and software project tracking.
You will be responsible for driving agile practices, collaborating with global stakeholders, and helping teams deliver technology solutions efficiently. This position requires a mix of strong leadership, technical understanding, and outstanding communication skills.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead full-cycle project management from planning to execution.
  • Set and manage project scope, schedule, and deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Drive agile adoption (Scrum, Kanban, agile ceremonies).
  • Encourage collaboration and effective communication across teams.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement and mentor team members.

Who we're looking for

  • Proven experience managing IT projects in complex environments.
  • Strong Scrum Master skills (JIRA, agile ceremonies, servant leadership).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools.
  • Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Familiarity with .NET, ETL, Databases, APIs.
  • Technical background in data is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site in Kraków at least 2 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the financial services sector.
  • Background as a software engineer or test engineer.
  • Certifications such as SCM or PMP.
