IT Project Specialist

Department: Information Technology Employment Type: Probationary Work Arrangement: Hybrid PROJECT COORDINATION Supports planning and scheduling of IT projects Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure goals are achieved. Track project progress and report status updates to stakeholders Change Management Establish and enforce IT/OT governance frameworks, policies, and standards across programs and projects. Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate governance requirements, conducting audits and reviews as necessary. Develop and maintain documentation to support compliance, audit, and quality assurance processes. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Act as a liaison between IT teams, vendors, and other departments. Facilitate meetings and communication among project stakeholders. Address and resolve project-related issues or conflicts. Technology Implementation Support the deployment and integration of IT solutions. Test and validate new systems or upgrades to ensure they meet project requirements. Resolve project issues and escalations quickly to minimize impact on delivery timelines. Process Improvement Analyze project workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT project management. Documentation and Reporting Maintain detailed project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and status reports. Prepare and present progress reports to project managers or leadership teams. Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects. Minimum Requirements: Must be a graduate of BSECE, BSCoE and BSIT 2–4 years experience in IT project coordination or PMO support Experience supporting multi-stakeholder or regional IT projects is an advantage 1 vacant position available in Beckel, La Trinidad / Davao City
