Show job description

We’re looking for an IT Quality Assurance Analyst to help ensure the technology solutions our business depends on are reliable, effective, and ready for production. As part of our Business Technology team, you’ll coordinate testing across applications, integrations, data processes, and system enhancements. You’ll work closely with technology teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to identify issues, manage risk, and ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements. If you enjoy bringing structure to complex work, digging into how systems and processes interact, and collaborating across teams to solve problems, this could be a great opportunity for you. This role will work a hybrid in-office schedule, 2-3 days per week in Stevens Point, WI.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and coordinate test plans, schedules, scenarios, scripts, and acceptance criteria for technology projects and system enhancements.
  • Lead testing activities across System Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production Validation.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to ensure testing adequately addresses requirements, critical business processes, integrations, data flows, and higher-risk areas.
  • Coordinate testing resources, environments, test data, dependencies, and business participation.
  • Document, prioritize, and track defects through investigation, remediation, retesting, and closure.
  • Monitor testing progress and proactively identify risks, gaps, dependencies, and potential impacts to project timelines or business operations.
  • Develop and maintain consistent testing practices, documentation, reusable regression tests, and evidence to support audit and governance requirements.
  • Provide clear reporting on testing progress, defects, risks, results, and readiness for production.
