IT Recruiter

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our Budapest-based recruitment team and support the continued growth of our Global Business Solutions Center.

In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of IT and technology positions, working closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to identify and attract the right talent. You will have the opportunity to recruit across different technology areas, actively source candidates, build talent pipelines, and contribute to how we continuously improve our recruitment approach and candidate experience.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is curious about technology, and is comfortable taking ownership of multiple recruitment processes in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and technology roles, from intake through sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer stage
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their teams, technical requirements, and hiring needs, and translate these into effective recruitment strategies
• Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, talent databases and other relevant channels
• Build and maintain talent pipelines, including relationships with passive candidates
• Conduct candidate pre-screening and provide hiring managers with clear and relevant candidate insights
• Create engaging and accurate job advertisements and manage job postings across relevant platforms
• Provide guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and help drive timely hiring decisions
• Monitor relevant talent market trends and share insights on candidate availability, market movements and hiring challenges
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide updates on hiring progress, pipelines and key recruitment metrics
• Partner with recruitment agencies when additional external support is required
• Ensure a professional, transparent and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Contribute ideas to recruitment process improvements, sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience, with exposure to IT or technology recruitment
• Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Confidence in partnering with hiring managers and discussing recruitment needs, candidate profiles and market realities
• Genuine interest in technology and willingness to develop a deeper understanding of different IT roles and skill sets
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, solution-oriented and collaborative mindset
• Fluent Hungarian and English, both written and spoken
• Experience with Workday or another ATS is an advantage
• Previous experience in a recruitment agency or RPO environment is an advantage
